Fun Desserts in a Flash
Rinse and air or pat dry a container of whole fresh strawberries
Remove the lid and heat a small jar of chocolate fudge topping in the microwave for 30 seconds (be careful, it may be hot; use a potholder)
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate fudge about half way. Place them on a platter or serving tray in a spiral, leaving about 2 inches in-between each row…leave a spot in the center open.
Heat some peanut butter in the microwave until it is soft enough to pour; a small jar takes about 30-40 seconds (you can take some out and place it in a microwave safe bowl) (TIP: You can usually find peanut butter in squeezable tubes; heat one for 20 seconds, it is perfect for this)
Garnish the platter in-between the rows of strawberries with a continuous, thick “squiggle” line of peanut butter. Optional items would be a sprinkle of finely chopped mint and/or lemon zest
Shoot some canned whip cream in a circular (motion) making a “teepee” in the center of the platter you left open…garnish the top of the whip cream with a sprig of mint.
