 Try mixing the salad recipes below with the following fish and chicken dishes; plated together, they really pair up well!
 
 
 Health salads in 10 minutes or less:
 Mixed Green Salad with Orange Vinaigrette:
 
 6    oz. bag of triple washed mixed salad greens (baby lettuces preferred)
 1    11 oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained (or 2 oranges, separate and half    	segments)
 1	handful of chopped walnuts
 3 	tbs. of orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible) (or 1 tbsp orange marmalade or 	preserve)
 3 	tbs. of extra virgin olive oil
 3 	tbs. of balsamic vinegar
 Make the dressing by mixing the juice, extra virgin olive and balsamic vinegar in a cup & whisk.  Place the greens in a large bowl and add the dressing.  Toss and place on a plate.  Top with orange segments and walnuts.  (Serves 4 – 6)  |
