Fun Desserts in a Flash

Slam’ in Sammy’s Fresh Fruit Smoothies – (Serves 4):

You just made a lot of fruit salad, and unless you are feeding an army, you are bound to have some left over. It’s OK to dig back into it again the next day, but you don’t want to leave it around for long, especially if you use berries, which have a tendency to mold/spoil quickly. Well, fruit smoothies will fix that in a hurry.

Just take 2 – 3 cups of your favorite fruit, 2 cups of non-fat vanilla or fruit yogurt of your choice and 1 cup of milk (I use non-fat milk) and put it in a blender and you’re of to fruit heaven!

The cool thing about these fruit recipes is that you can use any type fruit you like. If you like to add citrus fruit, go for it. If you want to go more tropical…the choice is yours. As far as measurements…eye ball it…it’s what ever you like!
