Fun Deserts in a Flash

Apple Smoothies:

- Just take 2 cups of applesauce, 2 cups of non-fat vanilla or fruit yogurt of your choice, 1 cup of milk (I use non- fat milk), 1 cup of apple cider and a handful of ice cubes (if I know I am going to make these in advance, I make the ice cubes out of apple cider) and put it in a blender and you’re of to smoothie heaven! A garnish of a dusting of cinnamon and an apple slice is optional. Adjust this recipe yourself; you can make them thicker, thinner, sweeter or more tart by adjusting the proportion of the ingredients. (Serves 4)
