Affagado (Vanilla Gelato w/warm Espresso Liquor):

pt vanilla gelato (or vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt)
1 ½ ozs of coffee liquor
Whole coffee beans for a garnish

Place a small scoop of vanilla gelato in a cocktail glass. Warm up the Starbucks Coffee Liquor in the microwave (20 seconds should do it; watch it so it doesn’t boil over). Top the gelato with a drizzle of the coffee liquor. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
